At Proline Range Hoods, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your hood is not the perfect fit for your kitchen, we offer a 14-day return window for products in new, uninstalled condition.
Return Process
- 1.Request Authorization
Contact our customer support team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 14 days of receiving your delivery.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Securely pack the range hood in its original shipping crate or box, including all manuals, filters, and mounting hardware to ensure safety during transit.
- 3.Ship the Product
Affix the provided RMA label to the exterior of the package and ship it back to our fulfillment center using a trackable carrier service.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the unit for damages and confirm its condition, we will process your refund minus any applicable shipping or restocking fees.
